Kirkbampton Village Hall - Regular User Groups
Womens Institute
A lively group who use the local community facilities and welcome new members of all ages. Lots of opportunity to meet, make new friends, unwind and perhaps learn a new or ancient craft. And join in the sporting activities on offer.
The speakers at the 11 meetings per year are varied and have included cookery, art and crafts and even belly dancing. We have slide shows and talks on various subjects. There are meals out and recent visits include The Theatre by the Lake – Keswick and Eden Ostrich World.
You will be made most welcome so come along to our next meeting.

Simply turn up and join in. All welcome.

The club plays Short Mat Bowls weekly from September to April. We have two new mats and woods are available “Free of Charge”. Matches are arranged with other clubs and are played both home and away on a friendly basis. We welcome anyone of any age and it is not just for older people.
