 Kirkbampton Village Hall - Hall Grants

There are 4 Computer workstations provided in the hall with a limited Internet Access. The stations have been provided by grants from the following organisations

EDEN DISTRICT COUNCIL
EXPLOITING TECHNOLOGY - HEALTH ACTION ZONE
This computer has been provided by Eden District Council with the intention of providing rural communities with information on health issues via the Internet. This system is available to all members of the community and can be accessed for a small fee at any time the hall is occupied and at other times by appointment.

THE CARNEGIE UNITED KINGDOM TRUST
The Carnegie UK Trust has awarded the hall grant funding of £1400 to provide 2 computer workstations together with a printer and scanner under their Village Hall grant programme.

BRITISH TELECOM
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
This computer was awarded under the BT Community Connections scheme to enable rural communities to access computer systems and the Internet.
