Kirkbampton Village Hall is available for hire 365 days of the year.

The Hall Committee accept no responsibility for any loss incurred through bookings made to 3rd parties e.g. caterers and entertainment etc prior to the issue of a Hall Hire Acceptance Form.

Full Hire (all day or Half Day available)	£10 per hour or part thereof (+£50 returnable damage deposit)
Use of Large Kitchen	One off charge of £10
Main Hall / Stage	£10 per hour or part thereof
Small Kitchen / Bar	£10 per hour or part thereof
Computer Room	£10 per hour or part thereof
Birthday Party	£10 per hour or part thereof
Crockery / Cutlery Hire	£10 per hour or part thereof

Large Blue Tablecloths	FREE - Subject to own laundering
Small Cream tablecloths	FREE - Subject to own laundering

Round Tables (160cm dia. Seats approx 8)	10 available
Rectangular Tables (155cm x 70cm)	17 available
Blue Upholstered chairs	120 available
Plastic Chairs	50 available
Various Sports Equipment

Tables and Chairs can be hired out for external functions at a cost of £5 per table with 6 Chairs. Please note that there is no fee payable if used when hiring the hall.
