Part
of the Parish Council's remit is to look at any Planning Applications
and make comments from a local point of view. These comments
MUST be restricted to the following of guidelines set down in
Government legislation and is restricted to what is known as
"Material Considerations" such as following the Local
& Structure Plans, Crime Prevention, Overlooking and Flooding
but NOT items such as Parking Availability, Ownership Disputes,
Loss of view and Commercial Competition. Although the Council
can point out local thoughts on any development.
