Thank you for your interest in booking the village hall. Please complete the
form below and select the submit button at the bottom of the form and we will get
back to you as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING HIRE CONDITIONS.
It must be emphasised that on
booking the hall you must allow for time within the hire period to set up and clean
up afterwards unless you select the “Exclusive Hire £175” option. We suggest you
allow 1 hour prior to and 1 hour after your event.
Any Booking that is by an Organisation as against a private booking must be covered by your own insurance and proof must be shown prior to hire being accepted.
The Hall Committee accept no responsibility for any loss incurred through bookings
made to 3rd parties e.g. caterers and entertainment etc prior to the issue of a Hall
Hire Acceptance Form.
Please remember that if you book Online you must ensure you
receive a confirmation Email to ensure your booking has been accepted.
Cheques are to be made payable to Kirkbampton Village Hall and is to include an additional separate cheque for £50 which will not be cashed and will be refunded if all conditions of hire are met in full.
I understand that if there is any damage or breakages or additional cleaning (in excess of my deposit) is required as a result of my hiring of the hall I will be liable for these costs.
